Kathy Lepan-Walker

Kathy is the founder of Creative Wellbeing Support which advocates, educates and provides mental health and peer support to the creative industry. She is a Wellbeing Co-ordinator and very passionate about supporting our neurodiverse community. For four years now she has been a co-chair for the MEAA Wellbeing Committee as well as sitting on the National & Victorian Performers Committees. 


Kathy Lepan-Walker combines her background as a performer of over 30 years and as MEAA Equity federal delegate to offer an empathetic and practical approach to understanding neurodiversity. Her session focuses on fostering inclusive work environments that celebrate and support neurodivergent talent in the screen industry.
