Michael Balk is a Queensland-based actor, television presenter, radio announcer and producer. Michael has been a MEAA member for more than 20 years, serving his fellow performers on National Performers Committee for the past decade. He is currently the Federal President of MEAA, the union and professional association for Australia’s creative professionals, and President of the Actors’ Benevolent Fund of Qld, an organisation that provides vital assistance to performers in need.
