Liza Brock

A Qld Casting Director and Inclusion Strategist, Liza Brock is reshaping how Australian productions discover talent. With over three decades in music, screen, and talent representation, this ARIA Award-winning Gold recording artist, and Founder of leading talent agency BMEG, brings rare insight from both sides of the camera. Through Brock Casting Services, Liza focuses on authentic representation that moves beyond tokenism. By building systematic pathways for neurodivergent and disabled creatives, she works to ensure casting processes are accessible, respectful, and commercially viable. It is within her roles as an industry advisor and casting director where Liza advocates to ensure local creatives are seen, supported, and empowered. Brock Casting’s Lights On program – a Queensland first - aims to strengthen emerging creatives with disability in their professional screen careers. Liza’s mission is to help shape an inclusive creative ecosystem, where authentic storytelling drives both artistic excellence and commercial success.
