Felicity is a leader in the digital and entertainment industries, renowned for inspiring a new generation of creators and shaping the global content landscape. As the former Global Head of Entertainment at TikTok, she drove the development of entertainment content strategy, partnerships, and programs worldwide. Previously, she led YouTube’s business in ANZ and launched Google Play Movies & TV across APAC.  

Felicity’s passion for storytelling and innovation has resulted in groundbreaking funding programs, including Skip Ahead (with Screen Australia), Every Voice (with Screen Australia and NZ On Air), and Got A Minute? (with Screen Producers Australia). These programs have collectively delivered over $20 million to creators, generating hundreds of millions of views.  

Her career began at Fremantle, where she worked on iconic shows like American Idol, The Price Is Right, and Neighbours, and brokered a significant deal with Disney for The American Idol Experience - a live attraction at Disney Studios in Florida. A former lawyer with King & Wood Mallesons, she holds first-class honours degrees in Law and Arts.  Now a producer of the Australian feature film SPIT starring David Wenham, Felicity is also a published children’s author and a champion of creativity, diversity, and inclusion in every aspect of her work.
