This guided distillery tour will introduce you to the gin-making process and the Gold Coast’s thriving craft spirit culture.
Enjoy a gin and tonic on arrival and tastings of our award-winning spirits and liqueurs as you are guided through the distillery. You will be introduced to the history of Granddad Jack, the processes involved in making our beloved spirits, and given a behind-the-scenes tour of our family-owned distillery.

Guests can enjoy an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of Granddad Jack’s Craft Distillery, where they’ll learn about our rich history, the art of distilling, and sample some of our award-winning spirits. This offer allows two guests to experience the tour for the price of one, making it the perfect way to share a memorable Gold Coast experience with a friend or loved one.

Punctuality: Participants are advised to arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. Late arrivals may miss parts of the experience, and no adjustments or refunds will be made.
Exclusive Experience: This is a private experience, we're not open to the public or spectators.
Age Restriction: All participants who may consume alcohol must be 18+ years or older and must produce valid photo ID at the commencement of the tour.
Responsible Drinking: At Granddad Jack's Distillery, we champion responsible drinking. Our classes are designed to provide an educational experience, and we encourage all attendees to consume alcohol mindfully and responsibly.
Transportation: All participants must organise their own transportation to and from the distillery. Given the nature of the experience and the inclusion of alcohol consumption, we strongly advise against driving post-class. Kindly make the necessary arrangements in advance.
Private Group Tours: Available on request for certain tours.
Date & Session Changes: Subject to availability.
Participant Limit: To ensure a quality and intimate experience, this tour is limited to a maximum of 10 participants.
Tour Cancellations: Granddad Jack’s Distillery reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any tour if minimum participant numbers are not met or if scheduling conflicts arise. In such cases, participants will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
