A recipient of the AACTA 2022 Reg Grundy Award for her obs-doc pitch "Facing the Fear", Rach founded FIERCE Productions, filling the industry’s need for a trauma-informed framework, from concept to post-production. Following an early career in the arts as an actor, writer, vocalist, and casting agent, Rach continues to sharpen her creative skills as a Meanjin-based writer, director, and producer. Her current projects include the inspirational and heart wrenching documentary, "FND: Not My Story". A recipient of numerous awards for her advocacy across human rights and social issues, including the Pride of Australia Courage Award, Rach utilises her lived experience and almost two decades of frontline trauma-informed practice, to empower the voices of vulnerable persons and bring survival stories to the screen.
