Porky Pig
A good natured, sensible everyman surrounded by crazy cartoons (especially one Looney Duck) Porky Pig defied the odds to become the star of his very own movie in Looney Tunes: The Day The Earth Blew Up. Hailing from a small family farm, Porky’s down-to-earth charm quickly resonated with audiences worldwide. Initially struggling with a stutter that would have ended the on-screen career of a lesser-pig, Porky made this his signature trait when he first uttered his world-famous catchphrase “That’s all, folks!” These three words turned a humble farm pig into an international star and Porky soon found himself featured in hundreds of Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies cartoons, showing his versatility in a myriad of roles from a stuttering farmer to a stuttering space adventurer and everything in between. Porky followed his fellow Looney Tunes onto the big screen in 1996’s Space Jam and 2003’s Looney Tunes: Back in Action, often sharing the screen with his childhood best friend and life-long comedy partner, Daffy Duck. Porky’s latest outing on the silver screen was in 2021’s Space Jam: A New Legacy. You can also find Porky starring in the award-winning Looney Tunes Cartoons.
