Jamie Fleming is a chef, sommelier and hospitality leader with more than 20 years’ experience across restaurants, cocktail bars, and award-winning venues. He first came to national attention on MasterChef Australia in 2014, returning in 2025 for MasterChef All Stars where he placed 3rd, showcasing his creativity and skill to a national audience. In 2019, Jamie opened Alba Bar & Deli in Brisbane’s CBD, a venue that quickly became one of Queensland’s most acclaimed, winning multiple national awards and earning international recognition for its originality and influence. Today, he co-owns Spill Wine in Maleny, a boutique space that blends seasonal food, a dynamic wine offering, and a sense of community. Known for his larrikin edge and talent for storytelling, Jamie is driven by a belief that food and drink connect cultures, whether through a plate, a glass, or across the bar.
