Adam Archer is the Head of Visual Effects at Spectrum Films, a 60 year old Australian family owned business. Adam has over 30 years experience in Post Production, on features, series and TVCs. Regarded for posessing sound technical knowledge with a flair for creative problem solving, Adam and Spectrum's visual effects division have established a strong reputation for creating high quality visual effects under his leadership. As the proud father of two autistic children, Adam is passionate about advocating for more inclusive practices within the Post Production industry. He is the founding force behind The Lumina Initiative, a neuroinclusive visual effects training and internship program being developed as a collaboration between Spectrum and Bus Stop Films.
