Inside the Writers Room: Adaptation

Join screenwriters Nick Verso (Invisible Boys, Crazy Fun Park), Samantha Strauss (Apple Cider Vinegar, Dance Academy) and Sarah Scheller (Strife, The Let Down) for an in-depth conversation on the art and craft of adaptation. They will discuss how to translate stories across mediums - from novels and true events to screen - while navigating the challenges of staying true to the source material, creating compelling characters, and making creative choices that enhance the story for film or television.

The discussion will offer practical insights, strategies, and inspiration for writers looking to adapt stories that connect with audiences.
